• Virtual coins cannot be purchased, sold, traded, or exchanged for real money
• Virtual coins cannot be transferred to another user or external platform
• Virtual coins may be awarded through gameplay, promotions, and bonuses at our sole discretion
• We reserve the right to modify the virtual coin system, including amounts, award rates, and features, at any time

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age
• Attempting to exploit, manipulate, or hack the Platform or its games
• Using automated bots, scripts, or tools to interact with the Platform
• Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages in promotions or tournaments
• Engaging in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Platform
• Attempting to transfer, sell, or exchange virtual coins for real value
• Misrepresenting your identity or age
• Violating any applicable laws while using the Platform

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination.

Game content (including game software, artwork, and mechanics) is the property of the respective game developers and publishers. CrewArcadia licenses game delivery in practice/demo mode for entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Platform without express written permission.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free at all times
• Games will function without technical interruptions
• Virtual coin balances will be maintained in all circumstances (including technical failure)

CrewArcadia is not a gambling platform and does not provide gambling services. All virtual coin outcomes in games are for entertainment purposes only.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CrewArcadia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

As all games use virtual coins only and no real money is involved, no claim for financial loss arising from gameplay on this Platform can be sustained.

10. Third-Party Content

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or embed third-party game content. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of third-party sites or services. Your interactions with third-party content are governed by that third party's terms and policies.

11. Account Termination
